Can I order fewer than 500 bracelets?

Our minimum is 500.

Are there any mold charges or set up fees?

We have no mold fees! Our orders include up to 50 characters on the outside of the band, and up to 25 characters on the inside of the band. Second size fee is $150 on any order.

Can I order more than one color?

Yes! You can order multiple colors in lots of 200.

How much are rainbow or glow-in-the-dark bands?

Rainbow and glow-in-the-dark bands are only $.05 more per band.

What are wristabouts made from?

Wristabouts are made from 100% silicone.

Where are the bracelets made?

The bracelets are made in China. Our manufacturer is the premier bracelet manufacaturer in Asia. They produce a top quality bracelet and consistently deliver on time.

What is "debossing"?

Debossing is a method for permanently engraving your image statement/phrase into the bracelet.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders typically arrive two weeks after you have made payment. Orders over 10,000 bands take a bit longer.

Can I get my order sooner than two weeks?

Yes! For a nominal rush fee we can cut your delivery time nearly in half!

Can I match my school or company colors?

Yes! We offer PMS matched color for no charge on all orders for no extra charge.

Can I put my favorite professional baseball team on a bracelet?

Sorry, we can't deboss trademarked copy.

How do I use PayPal?

Log onto www.paypal.com. It only takes a minute to register for an account. Once you are logged into your account, click the Send Money tab. Then enter our email address (customerservice@wristabouts.com) and the amount you would like to send. Click on the Send Payment tab and you're done!

What size are the bracelets?

The adult bracelet is 202 mm and the youth bracelet is 180mm. The youth bands fit the twelve and under crowd, and the adult bands fit everyone else.

How much is shipping?

Air shipping is included in all order to the US and Canada.
